Susan Gladding daughter of Betty Duffy and Samuel Gladding passed away February 5 with her daughter Jessica Somerset by her side. She joined her parents, her brother Everett Gladding and the love of her life Gary Marquis in heaven.

She is survived by her daughter Jessica Somerset, grandkids Alyssa and Cody Johnson. Daughter Amanda Somerset and her fiance Richard Baumgardner, grandkids Anthony and Jason Miles. Gary's children Kiely Matthew's and Colby Marquis, grandson Evan Marquis.
Brothers Jason and Wes Gladding, sister Carlene Kincaid. Nieces and nephews including Everett Bud Gladding, and Amanda Mish. And many more family and friends.

Suzy loved her family, friends, gardening, her brass figures, animals, horses and the fourth of July fireworks at Shepaug.
She loved the ocean with her toes in the water, a** in the sand, not a worry in the world with a cold beer in her hand....Its 5 o'clock somewhere...
