Susan Eileen Johnson-Smith

Susan Johnson-Smith of Fleming Island, Florida passed away on February 20, 2026 from cancer. Susan was raised in Miami and received her BA from the University of Miami.

Susan and her husband lived for many years in Boca Raton, where she owned her own landscape design company, Miss Fancy Plants after working for the Florida Power & Light Company for many years. Susan never lived far from the ocean and enjoyed boating, the beach, good seafood, tropical plants and traveling.

Susan will be dearly missed by her family and many friends. She is survived by her loving husband, Dee Smith, her siblings Mark, Eric and Wendy Johnson and her beloved pugs, Milo and Pepe.
