Suzan lived her life with warmth, strength, and a generous spirit that touched everyone around her. Born and raised in New York, she carried her East Coast roots with her always and stayed connected to the family she had there. She later made homes in California and Florida, embracing each place with openness and joy. California was especially meaningful, as it was where she raised her children and created many of her most treasured memories.

A devoted registered nurse for decades, Suzan cared for others with compassion and resilience. No matter how long her shifts were, her family always came first. She was a loving mother, a proud “Super Grandma” to 14 grandchildren, and a great‑grandmother who brought joy and comfort to every generation.

Art was one of Suzan’s greatest joys. She loved creating and sharing that creativity with her grandchildren—always arriving with a new craft or project in hand whenever she visited. Those moments became cherished traditions, filled with imagination, color, and the simple happiness of making something together.
Suzan had a gift for friendship, keeping lifelong bonds from her New York school days and forming strong connections with coworkers throughout her nursing career. She welcomed new family through her children’s marriages and embraced everyone with kindness and generosity.

Her spirit was bright, caring, and unforgettable. Suzan leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, creativity, and joy. Her presence will continue to be felt in every story shared, every recipe made, every piece of art created, and every grandchild who carries a part of her heart.
