Suzanne Orme
May 5, 1939 - March 19, 2026

Suzanne Orme (Suzie) passed away quietly in her sleep on or after March 19, 2026 while living independently. Born in Albany New York she lost her parents at age 13. She then lived with relatives in Arkansas and Minnesota. She had a passion for playing the piano and dancing while at Agnes Scott College. She married Robert Roth and gave birth to two daughters in North Carolina. Then moved to Michigan to raise them. Later in life after her daughters were grown she moved to Oregon and setup a small health food store in Manzanita. Her oldest daughter Gretchen moved her to California in 1996. Suzie landed at the Bracher Senior Apartments. She loved living there on the second story with trees and view of the Santa Cruz mountains.

She loved to video meet with her daughter Gretchen's family grandkids and great grandkids nearly every weekend. And loved seeing and commenting photos of them on her phone posted on whatsapp. She talked on the phone with daughter Eleanor nearly every day.

Suzie was preceded by her parents Mildred and Samuel Orme, Sister Mary-Carol Orme.
And survived by her two brothers Robin and Samual Orme. Her two daughters Gretchen Bronstein and Eleanor Roth. Grandchildren Rachel (husband Jelmer) and Alex Bronstein wife Andromeda (Jaymie). Great grandchildren Bouke and Hidde van Zuuk and Apollo Bronstein.
