It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of our brother Terry Charles Kelley on January 16, 2026 from a sudden and undetermined death.
He was born on September 20, 1957 to Loyd and Rita Kelley in Portland OR. He was raised in St. Helens OR with his twin brother, and three sisters.
He attended Catholic School through elementary years and graduated from St Helens High School 1976
He began working at Boise Cascade at the age of 18 and retired after 23 years, when he moved to Alaska to raise his children.
He loved Alaska, where he built a home and lived on the island for approximately 30 years.
While living in Alaska Terry worked for the City of Craig from which he retired in the past two years. He had many friends and co-workers who will truly miss his smile, laughter and loving support.
He loved fishing, gold mining, camping, movie/book collecting and mostly adventures with his boys and his best friend Ron. Later in life he learned to love to travel with his wife.
He is survived by his wife Paulette of twelve years, his three sons Andrew (Jessica), Joshua, Zachary (Vanessa), grandchildren Rayne and Zander, the mother of his children Jeanette, his best friend Ron, and his sisters Susan Menconi, Bonnie Parypa Rofinot, Nancy Stewart, and his twin brother Larry.
