Thomas Francis Enright, Jr.

Thomas Francis Enright, Jr., 76, of Vernon Hills, IL, passed away on January 5, 2026, in Libertyville, IL.

Tom was born July 5, 1949, in Evanston, IL, the son of Thomas F. Enright, Sr. and Bettyann Kearns Enright, both deceased. A graduate of Marquette University, Tom was a lifelong sports enthusiast, especially passionate about college basketball and fan to his beloved Cubs and Bears.

Tom dedicated his career to education, teaching right up through the fall semester of this past year. He was a great friend to many and will be remembered for his loyalty, humor, and love of life.

He is survived by his partner, Armida Renshaw of Vernon Hills, Illinois, brothers William Kearns Enright of Florida and John Shea Enright of California, as well as many dear friends, nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A celebration of Tom's life will be held at Sacred Heart Church in Winnetka, IL, on Monday, June 22nd, 2026, with a Mass beginning at 10:00 a.m., followed by a reception.
