Thomas Joseph "Tom" Greiner Jr., 62, passed away on December 29, 2025, in Folcroft, Pennsylvania. Tom lived a life marked by dedication to his craft and deep love for his family.
Tom was a proud graduate of Cardinal O'Hara High School and furthered his education at the Carpenter Apprenticeship School. These formative years laid the foundation for a lifelong career defined by hard work and hands-on expertise. Known for his remarkable ability to fix just about anything, Tom had a natural talent for repairing homes and cars. His practical skills were matched only by his willingness to lend a hand whenever something needed mending.
Beyond his work, Tom found joy and peace in the outdoors. He was a boater and fisherman who cherished the quiet moments spent on the water. Whether under the hood of a car or casting a line into still waters, Tom found fulfillment in pursuits that reflected both his curiosity and self-reliance.
Tom's legacy is deeply rooted in the love he shared with his family. He is survived by his devoted wife of 38 years, Joyce Greiner; his daughters, Rebecca Greiner and Samantha Zazula (Nicholas); three beloved grandchildren; his mother, Joan Greiner; and his brother, Timothy Greiner (Francine). He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who will remember him fondly. Tom was predeceased by his father, Thomas J. Greiner Sr.
A man of few words but great presence, Tom will be remembered for his hardworking nature, practical wisdom, and unwavering support for those he cared about. His knowledge and steady guidance will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
May his memory bring comfort to those who loved him and inspiration to those who admired his strength and skill. A Viewing will be held on January 24, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Gabriel's Church 233 Mohawk Ave, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM.
