Thomas Carson Hall

Thomas Carson Hall, 78, of St. Clair Shores, passed away on February 12, 2026. He was born on May 10, 1947, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to Claude Carson and Betty Jane (Morse) Hall.

Tom graduated from Rockford High School in 1965 and went on to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University in 1972. He built a distinguished career at Chrysler, where he was selected for an intensive management training program. This comprehensive training took him through every phase of the automotive manufacturing process, from the factory floor to upper management, preparing him for leadership roles within the company. He spent many years in information technology and specialized in business continuity planning and disaster recovery prior to retirement.

Known for his competitive spirit, Tom never shied away from a good challenge. He found joy on the golf course and singing with his barbershop chorus, where his love of music and camaraderie shined.

Tom was preceded in death by his beloved wife, JoAnn, and his parents, Claude and Betty Hall.
He is survived by his daughters, Adrienne Hall (Van) Renier and Cherie (Al) Talbert; his sister, Carrie (Steven) Richman; nieces Madeline and Rachel Richman; and his cherished grand dogs, Darla, Molly, Sally, Marlow, and Summer.
