Thomas William Ingram, affectionately known to many as "Willy" or "Pops," passed away on November 15, 2025, in Wilmington, Delaware. He was 95 years old.
Born on March 4, 1930, in Newcastle, Delaware, Thomas lived a long and full life rooted in family, service, and the simple joys that brought him happiness. He proudly served his country as a private in the United States Army, carrying with him the values of dedication and resilience throughout his life.
Thomas was a devoted husband to his late wife Francis and a loving father to his children—Robert, Bart, and Charlotte. His deep love for his family extended into every part of his life.
