Thomas L (Tom) Wunderlin

Thomas L (Tom) Wunderlin, 65, died suddenly and unexpectedly Monday, January 26, 2026, at his home in Baltimore, MD. He was preceded in death by his parents Edward N and Mary Effie Wunderlin.

Tom was born in Louisville, KY and was a graduate of Trinity High School (‘79) and the University of Kentucky. He was a wonderful husband and father, a gifted story teller, and natural born salesperson. Tom enjoyed a successful career in sales, last working for RPM International in business development for high performance commercial and industrial coatings and sealants. An avid UK Wildcats, Baltimore Ravens, and PGA golf fan, he loved watching these events with his family and particularly looked forward to watching The Masters every April and Kentucky Derby the first Saturday in May. Tom was a huge music fan, attending many concerts and well over 40 shows by Bruce Springsteen.
Maryland crab cakes was one of his favorite meals.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Amy Hodapp Wunderlin, son Grant Wunderlin and daughter Anna Wunderlin. Along with brothers David, William (Marianne), Richard (Anita) and James (Michelle) and sisters Patricia Stiglitz (Bill) and Phyllis Baker (Felix). In laws Thomas Hodapp (Martha), Sharon Bostedt (Dan), Rick Mayer (Kathy) as well as several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
