Minneapolis, MN - Tina White, aged 68, of Minneapolis, MN, passed away peacefully on December 24, 2025, surrounded by her children and loved ones.
Born on March 17, 1957 in Waterloo, Iowa, Tina lived a life full of kindness, achievement and unwavering love for her family, friends and community. She was the voice for higher education, entrepreneurship and wisdom. Her ability to teach , show unconditional love and loyalty left a mark on anyone who had the privilege to know her.
Tina dedicated her life to her family especially her (6) children (Nicole White, Johnny White, Eboni White, Tanjerae White, Ramonn White and Ramario White, (10) grandchildren (Ramel Hill Jr., Ra'nyhia White, Cinaya Hill, Te'myaia White, Ny'Ashia McClinton, Darrionah McClinton, Jakari White Skelton, Marielle Skelton, Marionnah Skelton, Gi"Amonni Skelton), and (1) great-grandchild (Dj) who she adored and was very present in all their lives. She was a devoted Christian and always found time to worship the Lord as a longtime member of The Living Word Church & World Outreach Ministries in Minneapolis.
She will be missed on this Earth dearly but will continue to be with all of her loved ones in spirit.

Tina Marie White, age 68, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, passed away peacefully on
December 24, 2025, surrounded by her loving children and family.
Tina was born on March 17, 1957, in Waterloo, Iowa, to Patricia Ann White and Ed Burnside. She was the eldest of four siblings and spent her childhood surrounded by her close-knit family of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Tina graduated from Central High School (Waterloo, IA) where she was an active member in several school clubs and sports teams.
A woman of deep faith, Tina was raised in the church and carried her spiritual foundation throughout her life. She was passionate about helping others, especially children, which led her to build a rewarding career in early childhood education. Tina was a self-employed entrepreneur and the proud owner of "Miss Tina's Daycare," which she successfully operated for more than 20 years. Through her dedication, care, and excellence, she became a respected figure in her community. Her daycare received multiple city and statewide awards through esteemed organizations such as Parent Aware and the 4-Star Program as well as receiving the aspiring "Daycare of the Year" award. Tina was also a proud graduate of Concordia University receiving her BS degree in Nutrition and Early Childhood Development.
Beyond her professional achievements, Tina's greatest joy was her family. She loved her children and grandchildren with all her heart and never missed an opportunity to attend their events, graduations, or ceremonies. She was immensely proud of each one of them. Tina also enjoyed traveling with her daughter Nicole to relaxing destinations such as Hawaii and the Caribbean. In her leisure time, she loved watching Westerns, Law & Order, and reality court shows.
Tina is survived by her mother, Patricia Ann White; her children, Nicole White, Johnny White, Eboni White, Tanjerae White, Ramonn White, Ramario White, and niece and nephew Izori White and Woody White; her grandchildren, Ramel Hill Jr., Ra'nyhia White, Cinaya Hill, Te'myaia White, Ny'Asiah McClinton, Darrionah McClinton, Jakari White Skelton, Marielle Skelton, Marionnah Skelton, and Gi'Amonni Skelton; her great-grandchild Ramel Hill (Dj); her siblings, Terry White, Darryl White, and Denise White (Woody H.), Lee Galloway; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who loved her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her Father Ed Burnside, sister Karen Jean Scott, grandparents, Johnny White Sr. and Aretha White; aunts, Carolyn Speller and Kathy White; and uncle, Johnny White Jr.
Tina will be remembered as a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, wife, and friend who inspired everyone with her compassion, love and strength.
