Valerie A. Proper

Valerie A. Proper (1952-2025) passed away peacefully at the age of 73 on December 18, 2025.

Valerie was known for her loving presence, always surrounded by family and friends who adored her.

She found immense joy in her children, Jodie (John) Minikel and Tammy Tank, and her beloved grandson, Shawn (Lyndsey) Minikel, along with three great-grandsons: Colton, Parker, and Wyatt. Valerie is also survived by her sisters, Vina Proper and Meryl Barney, and many other dear relatives and friends who will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her mother Marie Proper & brother Richard Pellowski.

In remembrance, her family will hold her dear, celebrating the happiness and love she brought to their lives.
