Valerie Ann Windsor

Valerie Ann Windsor, Age 45, was born on March 23, 1980 in Longview, Texas and died December 25, 2025 at her home in Breckenridge, Texas.

Valerie graduated in 1999 from Spring Hill High School in Longview, Texas. She enjoyed camping trips with her grandparents when she was a child, and later trips to the lake with her parents. Her favorite trip was to Washington, D.C., saying that she enjoyed the Smithsonian museums and the monuments around the city.

She is survived by her mother, Debra Ann Windsor, her brother Christopher Vance Windsor and his family, Dr. Kelli Knight Windsor, children Caleb Windsor, Cason Windsor, Ky Windsor and Corrie Windsor all of Breckenridge, her grandfather Vance Slough and wife, Jean Matheny Slough of White Oak, aunts and uncles Scott and Pam Slough of Georgetown, Roger Slough of Harker Heights, Texas, Amy and David Fleming of Longview, Texas, Sandra Grissom of Fort Worth, Texas, Lester "Bubba" and Wanda Windsor of Longview, Texas, Wesley and Beth Windsor of Longview, Stacy and Steve Braggs of Longview, Texas, Clay & Judy Kiper, Jessica and Chris Boone of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, and many cousins.

Miss Windsor is preceded in death by her father William "Butch" Windsor, maternal grandmother Dolores Ann Slough, her paternal grandparents Duke and Frankie Windsor, aunts and uncles Gordon, Jennifer Power and Donna Kiper.

In lieu of flowers the family would welcome donations to the Elliott Street church of Christ in Breckenridge, Texas, the First Baptist church Food Pantry in Breckenridge, Texas or Pine Tree church of Christ Sharing and Caring Center in Longview, Texas.

Memorial Service will be held on on January 24, 2026 at 10:00, Pine Tree Church of Christ, 3221 Dundee Rd, Longview.
