Victor "Vic" Newton Cluff III, 74, of Ormond Beach, Florida, passed away on March 30, 2026.
Born on January 15, 1952, in Lowell, Massachusetts, Victor was the son of Barbara Cluff and Victor N. Cluff Jr.
Victor dedicated much of his life to the HVAC trade, where he was known for his strong work ethic and skill. In his younger years, he proudly served as Master Counselor of the DeMolay Club, an accomplishment he carried with him throughout his life.
He was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Diane (Blacker) Cluff, sharing 53 years of marriage. Victor was a proud and loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who cherished time spent with his family.
Victor was a true jack of all trades who preferred to do things himself and took great pride in his do-it-yourself approach to life. He enjoyed working on projects around the house, tending to his garden, and finding joy in life's simple moments. He had a deep love for animals and especially enjoyed raising chickens and turkeys; he would have had a whole farm if he could have.
Known for his storytelling and warm spirit, he was often the life of the party. In his later years, he especially enjoyed working with his hands through 3D puzzles, model cars, and other projects that kept him busy.
He is survived by his loving wife, Diane (Blacker) Cluff; his son, William Cluff and wife, Lacy, of Texas; his daughter, Jessica Cluff of Massachusetts; his sister, Susan Taggart of Maine; his grandchildren, Brianna Cluff (28) and her partner, Dylan, of Canada, Mya Cluff (20), Joseph Cluff (18), and Emery Grace Weir (10); and his great-grandchildren, Lyle Tavender (5) and Lydia Tavender (1). He was predeceased by his brother, Richard Cluff.
Victor will be deeply missed by all who knew him. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
