Victoria Esther Hoffman

Victoria Esther Hoffman, 83, passed away on February 7, 2026, in Baltimore, MD. Born on October 21, 1942, Victoria was known for her caring and loving nature, which touched the lives of many.
Victoria is survived by her children, Anthony Gange, Mary Gange, Cecelia Carlsen, Jaymie Gange, Danial Gange, Rebecca Parker, and Steven Hoffman, along with their spouses. She also leaves behind numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, her sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of friends. Victoria was preceded in death by her parents, Bearl Smith and Francis Luckart, a sister, two brothers, her grandson Chad Carlsen and her beloved dog Lovey
Victoria cherished time spent playing bingo, visiting casinos, and enjoying poker nights with her family, activities that brought her much joy and laughter.
A private celebration of life will be held in her honor. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the SPCA, an organization close to Victoria's heart.
