Wanda Gerke Salisbury Ryan, 77, of Meridian, Idaho, passed away surrounded by loved ones November 16, 2025. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be missed by all who love her.
Mom loved her family fiercely. She was selfless and welcoming to anyone that needed a place, warm meal or an ear. She did not know a stranger.
Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, August and Lorena Gerke; brother Jim Gerke and sister Barbara Fehldman; and 2 grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Lee Ryan, daughters Tami (Chad) Burns, Teresa Vaughn, Tina (Tim) Maki, step-son Walt (Michelle) Ryan and step-daughter Vicki (James) Lalonde; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
No services were planned at her request. Those of you wishing to honor Wanda please pay it forward. Always live with an open heart.
