Wandalene Barnard Wilson, 86, passed away peacefully September 14, 2025 at home with her sons by her side.

Wanda was born and grew up in Northeast Texas but lived most of her life in Central Texas, where she and her husband Julian raised their three children. She is best known for her abundance of love for her family and friends. She retired from the City of Woodway after a long career in public service. She and her husband retired to the West Shore of Lake Whitney where they were active members of the West Shore community. She was a long time member of the Bosque Arts Center in Clifton and became known for her beautiful paintings.

Wanda is survived by her sons John and Joe, daughter in law Bobi, Grandchildren Katie Louis, Jake Wilson, Jil Hall, Karson Kemp-Rogers, Noah Cutler, Ross Langdale, Eathan Langdale and Brady Langdale along with many great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by daughter June Langdale and husband Julian. Her legacy of love and service will live on in our hearts. Wanda had a strong faith in her lord and we know she is painting with the angels now.

A celebration of life and remembrance service will be held Sunday December 14th at China Spring Tabernacle, 127 Ford Street, China Spring, TX 76633 at 1:00pm.
