He loved reading, reflection, and learning, and he possessed a sharp wit and intelligence that made his conversations engaging and memorable. William brought warmth, humor, and depth into the spaces he occupied, and his presence was felt even when he spoke little.
He was known as a protector. Deeply loyal, attentive, and caring, William had an instinct to look out for those he loved. He offered presence, insight, and quiet strength without ever seeking recognition.

William is survived by his brother, Nehemiah Bolden, San Diego, and his sister, Ashley Antoinette Bolden, Fort Worth, Texas, who carries his memory, voice, and legacy forward with intention, love, and truth. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins in various parts of the United States, who loved him and admired his genuine personality.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Alfreda Bolden; his grandfather, Millard Alva Bolden Sr.; and his grandmother, Wilhelmina Bolden.
William’s memory lives on through those who hold him close in their hearts, through stories, and through his purpose.
