William T. Halliburton Jr.

William T. Halliburton Jr., 67, of Gary, Indiana, passed away January 5, 2026 at Jesse Brown VA Medical Center with family at bedside. Known affectionately as "Lil Bruh", William was born January 9, 1958 in East Chicago, Indiana, to the late Vasti Holcolm-Lott and William T. Halliburton Sr. William graduated from Roosevelt High School and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. During his stint in the Marine Corps, William served as a machine gunner. He received several awards including a rifle marksman badge and a good conduct medal. He found joy in fishing and gaming. William is preceded in death by sister, Brenda Kaye Halliburton, brother Carlton Lott, nephew, Antwaune Blakemore and step father, Sam Lott.
William leaves to cherish his memory; son Jay-Lan Halliburton, daughters Kimberly Joi Halliburton and Krystal Halliburton, siblings James(Gloriastene) Chappell, Denise Netters, Samuel Lott, Roslinde Halliburton -Graham, and Kevin (LaTina)Halliburton and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
