William Lloyd

Mr. William Lloyd departed this life on Thursday, January 1, 2026. He was born May 11, 1941, to the late Otis Lloyd and Catherine Louise Lloyd . William confessed Christ at an early age, where he joined First Missionary Baptist Church. He later joined Calvary Baptist Church. William attended Russell County Training School. He retired from U.S.Steel in 1997. William leaves to cherish his memories, his wife: Joyce Lloyd, son: John Horton. Two grandchildren: Ashanna Bland and Bilal Horton. Three sisters: Carrie Sweet, Ola (Lewis) Gary, and Mary Lindsay ,a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
