William Raymond "Bill" Wills, 62, of New Castle, Indiana, passed away on November 16, 2025, in New Castle. Born on August 11, 1963, in Noblesville, Indiana, Bill lived a life marked by generosity, devotion to family, and a deep sense of service.
A proud veteran of the United States Army, Bill carried his commitment to helping others well beyond his military service. Known for his selflessness and big heart, he was the kind of man who would give his last dollar or the shirt off his back to someone in need. His kindness and willingness to lend a hand left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
Bill found joy in the simple pleasures of life—playing cards with friends and family, watching NASCAR races, taking trips near and far, delivering newspapers with dedication, and spending time at the casino. But above all else, he cherished being surrounded by family. He especially loved seeing his grandchildren and great-grandchildren grow and thrive. His home was often filled with laughter and warmth during family gatherings.
He is survived by his loving wife Bridget Wills; daughters Nikki Hubbard; Shyann Wills and her partner Constance Wills; Nina Wilkey; stepdaughters Rachel Hatton and her partner Steven Weaver; Stepdaughter Kayla Enyeart and her partner Bobby Enyeart; and Cassie Birnell. Bill's legacy continues through numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who brought immense joy to his life.
He is also remembered by his siblings: Edward Wills and wife Sonia; Beth Grote and husband Dennis; Robert John Wills and wife Betty Jo; Renea Addington; Betty White and husband David; Tammy Mead and husband Richie; as well as step-siblings Carmom Shew and husband Samer; Micheal Smith and wife Jada.
Bill was preceded in death by his previous wife Nina Wills; his mother Margaret J. McIntosh; father David L. Wills; sister Carol Brown; and brother Shawn Keesling. Step son Robert Birnell.
A funeral service was held in New Castle, Indiana, honoring Bill's life of compassion, loyalty, and unwavering love for those around him.
