Willie Roundtree

Reflections of Life

He was a funny, caring, and kind man whose sense of humor stayed sharp right up to the end. A natural storyteller, who never seemed to run out of tales throughout his years. Sometimes he would tell them more than once. But, they were always worth hearing again. He loved his son, and the loss of his son in 2023 was felt profoundly in his heart. He will be remembered for the stories he told, the laughter they sparked, and the connections he created along the way.

Willie was preceded in death by his Father, name unknown; Mother, Sallie Driggs; Wife, Willie Mae Roundtree; Son, Eugene Roundtree; and Great grand-daughter, Tamar Brown.

He leaves to cherish his memory and continue in his legacy his daughter-in-law, Malissa Roundtree of Altamonte Springs, Florida; Grandchildren: Qualisha Roundtree of Apopka, Florida, Regina Roundtree of Orlando Florida, Genita Roundtree of Apopka, Florida, James Roundtree of Shelbyville, Indiana; Melony Williams of Altamonte Springs, Florida, Marlayshia Williams of Altamonte Springs, Florida, and Mariah Williams of Altamonte Springs , Florida; and a host of great-grandchildren.
