May the Lord comfort the family during their painful loss. Cecil had a very kind demeanor in elementary and high school. He was very well liked by everyone. He always brought a smile to my face. I will continue to pray for the McGinnis family.

Growing up together, in such a small community you get to know everyone and share so much. Cecil has simply been apart of my life as far back as i can remember. We will miss him, but cherrish his memory forever. R.I.P.
