Daniel Parker Obituary
PARKER, Daniel J. - Of Flint, age 61, died Saturday, May 21, 2011 at his residence. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 26, 2011 10:00 a.m. at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Mark Lasley officiating. Cremation will take place following the service. Those desiring may make contributions for Kidney dialysis. Mr. Parker was born in Flint, Michigan on July 18, 1949, the son of William and Stella (Hadley) Parker. He served in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of Christian Motorcycle Club. Mr. Parker retired from GM Buick Motor Division. Surviving are children, Jennifer Parker and husband Josh Schofield of Arizona and Jason Parker of South Carolina; grandchildren, Seth and Eli; sisters, Diane Bethel of Illinois, Janet Hill of Burton and Patricia Vance of Burton; several nieces and nephews.
