William Kirby "Bill" Sheridan Sr.

SHERIDAN FAIRHOPE William "Bill" Kirby Sheridan, Sr., age 78, a native of Birmingham, AL and a resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away Monday, November 28, 2011. Mr. Sheridan was an active member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church and a U. S. Navy veteran. He enjoyed life on Mobile Bay including Mardi Gras. Bill was a life member of the Fairhope V. F. W. He was known for his great stories, tall tales and superb cooking. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Bert Sheridan, of Fairhope; daughters, Terri Sheridan and her husband Bill Goodman, of Bromley, AL, Angela Blair and her husband Chad, of Chantilly, VA; son, William Kirby Sheridan, Jr. and his wife Lynnette, of Bromley, AL; three grandchildren, Katherine Hurley, Dylan and Sarah Sheridan; many other relatives and dear friends. Funeral services will be held from St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Daphne, Thursday, December 1, 2011, at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends, at the church, from 10:00 am until the service time.
