GEARY, HAROLD DARWIN III
Of Mt. Morris, age 47, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday morning, May 17, 2012. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place 4:00 pm, Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at the Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris. Major Jim Irvine and Pastor Robert Welch will officiate. Private burial will take place at Flint Memorial Park. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, from 11:00 am until time of service at 4:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be considered to the Salvation Army. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Harold was born December 16, 1964 in Flint, Michigan the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold and Donna (Welsh) Geary Jr,. He was a member of the Salvation Army Citadel Corp Pontiac. Harold was a 1983 graduate of Mt. Morris High School. He graduated from Michigan College of Beauty in Waterford and worked at various hair salons in Oakland County. Harold would have graduated this year with his Bachelor's degree in Psychology. He was currently employed by Synod Residential Services. He was a lover of Lucille Ball, and the TV shows Golden Girls and Monk. He enjoyed playing BINGO with his Aunt Angie Geary. Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Donna Geary; sister's Michelle Wilson, Stephany (Frank) Duarte; brothers, Kevin (Michele) Geary and Darren Geary; Niece, Chrystal; nephews, Brandon, DJ, Zach, Alec, Xavier, also Godson, Ammeleo Greene, and several other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Darwin Geary Jr. in 2000. Friends may share a memory with the family at the funeral home, church or online at

Anyone who wants to send a gift for Harold we are asking that you make a donation to The Salvation Army Citadel Corp in Pontiac Mi. Harold was member of that church for many years and loved The Salvation Army and all it stands for. Another way to honor Harold will be at Christmas when you see those red kettles and hear the bell ringing drop a couple of dollars in the bucket every time you pass one for Harold...He will be smiling down on you!!
