Richard "Dean" Glenn
Richard "Dean" Glenn, 80, of Rainbow City, passed away April 4, 2013.
Richard was a Free Mason and Shriner. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force and Naval Reserve and owned and operated Dairy Queen's in Rainbow City and Attalla.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas "Jeff" and Leona Glenn, three brothers, and one sister.
Mr. Glenn is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Phyllis R. Glenn; son, Kevin W. (Linda) Glenn; grandchildren, Nicole and Brandon Glenn; sister, Dorothy Millard; and a host of family and friends.
A special thanks to Southern Care Hospice, McGuffey's Health Care, and Riverview Regional Medical Center.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Southern Care Hospice.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 6:00-8:00p.m. at Morgan Funeral Home.
Mr. Glenn's funeral will be held Saturday, April 6, 2013, at 11:00a.m. from Morgan Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Hardeman officiating.
Pallbearers will be Bryan Russell, David Lawrence, Sr., David Lawrence, Jr., Eric Lawrence, Brandon Glenn, Bob Ellsworth, Brian Bulger, and Todd Hardin.
Interment and concluding services will be at 2:00p.m. on Saturday at Huntsville Memory Gardens.
