Dear Bowers Family, I was so sorry to read of the passing of your mother. I remember her from many years back as she shopped at the grocery store. Mrs. Bowers was a beautiful lady, inside and out. She taught me so much. I know she is missed but I also know that Heaven is rejoicing to have her home. Prayers are with your family from mine. I believe that my Mom probably was waiting on Granny Dean to show her around!

How well I remember the entire Bowers Family.. Dean & Babe were like seragot parents to me.. I remember many times being # 13 at their Dinner Table. Also, the inspiring life lessons I learned from them both at their home & at Mt.Calvary Baptist Church.. You never had to wonder where either of them were coming from, their yes meant yes & NO definately meant NO. Not much wiggle room there. The fond memories I have will be with me the rest of my life. To the Bowers family i was so sorry to hear of Mrs. Bowers passing. I have very fond memories of growing up at Mt. Calvary with her in vacation bible school and seeing her sitting on her bench.
