Clarence Rytlewski Obituary

RYTLEWSKI, CLARENCE C. Auburn, Michigan Clarence passed away Monday December 30, 2013 at the Carriage House of Bay City, age 84. He was born the son of the late Isidore and Verna (Latoski) Rytlewski December 15, 1929 in Williams Twp. and had resided in this area all his life. He served as a Paratrooper with the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict, worked and retired from Dow Chemical Co. (Midland) in 1990 after 47 years of service, loved to go fishing with his sons and friends; Larry Haut and Orville Pitt. On July 30, 1960 he married Helene Walter, she survives him. Also surviving are three children, Thomas (Colleen) Rytlewski, Daniel (Amanda) Rytlewski, Pamela (Dale) Reinhardt; six grandchildren, Justin Gregory, Kyler Rytlewski, Kayla and Wyatt Reinhardt, Braelynn and Brystal Rytlewski; three brothers, Eugene Rytlewski, Bill (Marge) Rytlewski, Floyd (Eunice) Rytlewski; three sisters, Leoma Bujalski, Patricia (Larry) Haley, Joan Cole, sister in-law; Judy Rytlewski, a special friend; Pam Gwizdala (who was like a daughter to him) and many nieces and nephews. He was also predeceased by a brother Raymond and a sister and brother in-law; Dorothy (Lloyd) St. John. Funeral and committal services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday January 3, 2014 at the Auburn Chapel of the Cunningham-Taylor Funeral Homes, Inc. Rev. David. F. Sherry will officiate. Private burial will take place in Floral Gardens Cemetery (Bay City). Clarence's family will receive friends at the Auburn Chapel on Thursday from 2-5 and 6-8 p.m. and on Friday morning from 10 a.m. until time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy, envelopes for "A time to build" at Trinity Lutheran Church (Monitor) and the donor's favorite charity will be available at the funeral home. www.cunninghamtaylorfh.com
