Christopher and Alexander.
Died peacefully in his sleep on 1/1/2014.
Ex-Bomber Command
- 460 Squadron, PoW who survived the
Long March, Charitable
Trustee, Artist and Writer - a wonderful humble man with a
wicked sense of humour.
His funeral will be held in the UK at the end of the month. RIP Cal.

I don't have the words to express my sadness for the passing of this truly wonderful man. He was my friend and I will miss him. I am consoled by the legacy of happy memories and shared friends that he has left us with.

I was an assistant to Cal in my twenties at the Hilden Charitable Fund in London. He was an absolute inspiration in how to live life selflessly, and became a great mentor to me during those years. I'm so sad to hear this news. He'll be missed by so many.
