Helen Moreno Obituary
MORENO, HELEN EILEEN
Helen Eileen Moreno died peacefully on March 16th, with her family at her side. Eileen was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey in 1942. She was happily married to Gilberto Moreno for over 50 years, and she and Gil raised three children, John, Cathy, and Michael, on Long Island, New York. They moved to Linden in 1990, living close to Gil's large family. They were proud to have seven wonderful grandchildren. Eileen was preceded in death by her sisters, Noreen and Virginia Ann. She is survived by her sister, Cathy; and many family and friends. A small gathering for the family and friends will be held 5-8 PM Tuesday, March 18 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to The Loose Center, 707 North Bridge Street, Linden, Michigan, (810) 735-9406 (loosecenter.org). Online tributes may be shared at the

My heart goes out to the Moreno family during this time of loss. I am going to miss my spontaneous phone calls from Eileen, her wonderful dry wit, out of this world cooking,and feistiness. Her friendship was truly inspiring.
