Joan POLLOCK Obituary
Joan Mary (nèe Talley):
Joan passed away surrounded by family on June 19, 2021, at the age of 77. Treasured mother and mother-in-law of Richie and Leanna, and Nick and Sheryl. Nana Joan to Livi, Belles, Elliott, Angus and Ben. Former companion of Paul. Much loved sister and sister-in-law of Peter and Judy, Nicholas and Carol, Michael and Lorraine. The service to celebrate Joan's life will be held on Wednesday, June 23, at 1.00pm, at St. Andrews Church, High Street, Motueka. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Jack Inglis Hospital.

My sincere sympathy and love to Joan’s family.
Even though Joan’s passing will leave a “hole in all your hearts”, you have so many happy memories to comfort you.
Joan had such talent in so many areas of her life, but to me she was the quintessential life-long friend and I will cherish her memory and all the good times we had over the years, and
I am so thankful we spent time together each time I returned to NZ.

Joan has been a very dear friend of the McKean families from the 1970s . A remarkable person - outgoing, helpful and supportive of others. A great hostess with many wonderful memories of visits to Highgate, a talented cook, gardener and floral decorator. Our condolences to Paul and the Pollock and Talley families. She will always be remembered . May she Rest In Peace at last.
