Sharon Shacklee Obituary
Sharon was born on September 13, 1947 to Herman Eugene (Gene) and Mary (Stoltz) Ferguson in Willow Hill, Illinois. She married William Lee Shacklee on October 3, 1964 at Oblong, Illinois. He preceded her in death on December 11, 2020.
Sharon worked as a Teacher's Aide at Tri-County Special Education for 27 years. She enjoyed selling Mary Kay, gardening, dancing, and most of all, spending time with family and friends.
Sharon is survived by her daughter, Tiffany Donner of Makanda; grandson, Austin Donner; brother, Mike (Marilyn) Ferguson of Robinson; sister-in-law, Vicki Ferguson of Willow Hill; nieces and nephews, Aubrey and Chris Bergbower, Jodi and Tony Conner, Christina Stephens, and Randy and Michelle Ferguson.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; brother, Tim Ferguson and nephew, Travis Ferguson.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at Mound City National Cemetery in Mound City Illinois with Pastor Richard Bittle officiating.
