MCCARRISON, Ian Henry. Peacefully passed after short fight with ill-health on Friday 24 October 2025 aged 97. "A long life lived now resting" Ian was born in Kaponga Taranaki on 22 March 1928, eldest son of Thomas McCarrison and Elizabeth (Elise) Fleming Farquhar and dearest brother of Ralph (dec). Most devoted and deeply loved husband of Dorothy for over 66 years. Loving Dad to Graeme, Kathryn, Andrew and Dianne. Father-in-law to Catherine Harland, Vince Galvin and John Ingham. Treasured Grandad to Amy, Issey, Otto and Alexandrina. The family farewelled Ian on 29 October.
