On the anniversary of Sept. 11, 2011, I think about Ted, as I have every Sept. 11th., since that awful day. Ted and I were DCYOP parents. We were chaperons the year our daughters Jessica and Erikka toured Austria and Germany with the orchesta in the summer of 1999. Ted's spirit will be with me forever. The Moy family, I want you to know that Ted will never be forgotten. God Bless

Mrs. Moy,
My name is Elizabeth Lilly, I was in Mrs. Leichtling's 5th grade class at Drew Elementary that fall. My family and church contributed to the fundraiser in Mr. Moy's honor, and I still think of and pray for you and your family. I hope you are doing well despite your loss.

I met Ted and Madeline in the same Taiwan trip in 1975. It seems like yesterday. I knew that they would get married and live a happy life together. It so happen that he was a good friend of my Uncles that also lives in Washington D.C. The world is so small. May Ted rest in peace.

I feel honored to have made a quilt sqare in memory of Ted Moy. I chose his name because my son, who was in the army and worked at Walter Reed, lived in Silver Springs and I was familar with that area. I found the site unintedinmemory and have made several sqaures for the victims. My heart goes out to the family and Ted will be in my heart forever.

America Cries
We see your sorrow-
and our hearts cry....
We can not erase your pain
but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-
-the American people-
are beside you.
We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,
the strength that gives you courage,
and the words to lighten your spirits.
And when we are left speechless
may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts
to ease your sorrow.
May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-
-the American people-
face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn
