I visited the 9/11 Memorial Museum on 11/5/2016. When I took my photo, I noticed your loved one's name was captured in my photo. I wanted to learn more about this soul and I found this page. Please accept my prayers and sympathy for your loved one and know he is prayed for as well as all his loved ones who are left behind. May God hold him in the palm of his hand until you meet again.

Jimmie was and still is one of my favorite cousins. We loved to see him visit us in Brooklyn when he was stationed in New Jersey. He treated us to any and every thing. My last chance to see him was in 1999 where I drove him from Birmingham, AL to Alexander City, AL. His talk and manners were still so mild and peaceful as the person he has always been. I truly miss you Big Cuz!!!

To Martha and Family: It was good seeing you and the family at the Memorial and I must say how well you all look. It gives me strength to know that although we share a common bond, we must go on. Our God is a mighty God! Until we meet again....

To the Holley family,
On 9/11/2002 each of us at Lockheed Martin was given the name and age of a 9/11 victim and a pin to wear in tribute. I keep the pin in my car, and Jimmie's picture on my office wall, to remind me to pray for your family. Last month my brother Raymond Jennings, who was 53 - just a year younger than Jimmie - was killed in a car accident. Our sudden loss has reminded me again of yours, and my heart goes out to you all over again. I wanted to share with you a picture of my brother; pray for my family, as I continue to remember yours.

To The Holley Family just wanted to let you know that you are always in our prayers especially today. We can't take away your sorrow but what we can do is send you our love and let you know that there is nothing that God can't do and nothing that he won't do. Just trust him and I promise you he will see you through. We love you! From Antoinette and The Marks Family

To the family of Jimmie Holley - Martha (Becky), Dan, Kellie and Kayla.
Have you ever wondered:
Why the sunshine and why the rain?
Why the heartache and why the pain?
Why the laughs and why the tears?
Why the peace and why the fears?
Why the ups and why the downs?
Why the smiles and why the frowns?
We have learned in all of our past experiences - That all things work together for good to those that love the Lord and to they that are the called according to His purpose. Romans 8.
Just to let you all know that you are constently thought about, talked about and loved. You are in our prayers and we are always here for you.
Let the memories of Jimmie forever live in your lives as they will in ours.
Love forever,
Pastor Jones &
Your church family at Prince Chapel CME Church.

Hello, my name is Rebecca, and I am a freshman at St. Pius X high school in Houston, Texas. At my school from Sept. 9-15, each person, faculty, staff, and students, are wearing armbands with the name of one of the victims. I got Jimmie's. Peace be with all of you,at this time of ache.

I never really thought about who you really were until this tragedy happened. I always seen you with Martha, but never put is all together. I never foget when our usher board had a meeting, they introduced that we have a new person on our board it's was Martha Jackson-Holley. You would always answer the phone when I called for Cee. St John misses you greatly. I know that you an Cee are in heaven, and the both of you are at peace. I will always be a friend to your beloved wife Martha. I put some flowers in front of your wedding pictures. Even Cee was at your wedding. God please watch over my two friends.

My family was saddened to learn of Jimmie's tragedy of September 11th. I mourn with his family because he was a dear uncle to me. Even though Jimmie is not here in the flesh, my family can remember all the cheerful smiles and warmth that he brought to our family in our hearts.

We are deeply sorry for your great loss of Jimmie. May warm memories of times shared with him lighten the sorrow in your hearts. Our hearts cry with you.
America Cries
We see your sorrow-
and our hearts cry....
We can not erase your pain
but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-
-the American people-
are beside you.
We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,
the strength that gives you courage,
and the words to lighten your spirits.
And when we are left speechless
may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts
to ease your sorrow.
May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-
-the American people-
face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn

I did not have any faces to go with the tradegies on September 11th. Jimmie's smile hit me. His smile and the expression on his face captured his personality. Captured what is missed by his family. I send my deepest prayers to the people he touched.
