I like many others did not know Victor. I received a Mercy band with his name engraved. This is a honor to were someone's name that lost his life in a very tradgic way. It will always be very close to my heart.

I did not know Victor personally, I have a mercyband bearing his name. Whenever I am having a "bad day" looking down at that bracelet really puts things into perspective for me. May Victor's family and friends be blessed with strength and may the people of this great country never forget he innocent people that died on 9.11.
