I saw a documentary about infinity and it was very interesting and it was directed by a man with the last name Takahashi. It immediately brought me back to one of the kindness and warmest traders/brokers on Wall Street. If I could last and infinite amount of time trading for the Bank of Tokyo and brokering derivatives, I think I would never meet a calmer and kinder man. You father and husband was a very special man and he lives on as we try and remember his amazing legacy of calmness.

We never met, but I know that you bought my childhood home at 57 Orchard Farm Road in Port Washington from my parents, Milton & Adelaide Mawbey. For this reason, plus the fact that I lived in Japan for 11 years makes me feel connected to you & yours. I will be thinking of you tomorrow. Please accept my condolences!

After all these years I have only just learned about what happened to Mr. Takahashi (Taki) as we called him in London when I met up with colleagues at Mitsubishi Trust in London who I hadn't seen since 1981 (34 years!). I worked at the bank from 1978-1981, I used to sit next to Taki during some of that time, and everything that is written about him is true. He was such a gentle, nice man, patient and very handsome too! He was a lovely person, and ever since I found out I've been thinking about him and crying for him. My heart goes out to his wife and children, he had an impact on everyone, his life wasn't in vain, he will be remembered for ever in our hearts by everyone in London who knew him. Loved you then and love you still. Julie xx

I just google searched Keiichiro to find out something about him. I'm running tomorrow morning in a 9.11K Memorial run in downtown Las Vegas. Each runner carries the name of a victim. I needed to know something about the person that appears on my bib number. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this most difficult time, 10 years later.

America Cries
We see your sorrow-
and our hearts cry....
We can not erase your pain
but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-
-the American people-
are beside you.
We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,
the strength that gives you courage,
and the words to lighten your spirits.
And when we are left speechless
may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts
to ease your sorrow.
May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-
-the American people-
face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn
