Freddy loved to talk about big trades he did. Pulling his suspenders and snapping them saying "Freddy goes big and then goes home" He had a great smile and would do outstanding brokerage in interest rate swaps with one of the best brokers Robin his great friend on the other side. I had a front row seat and both were like characters out of an Oliver Stone movie. If you ever went out with him he was bright but also fun. I miss you Freddy and how much bigger than life you truly were.

As I stitched your name on the memorial that I am doing for all of the victims, I prayed for you and your family. Please know that your death was not in vain. We will always remember. God Bless.

In my memory, you were one of the warmest people I have ever met, and I am what I am because you were there for me. You really took good care of me, and I thought you were my big brother. I wished I could get a chance to pay you back someday, but God took you in his hand before I got the chance. That makes me really sad. I might be such a coward to show up to your family and say " I am sorry" right now. I pray that your family find peace and be able to cope with such horrendous tragedy.

I am so saddened by the loss of Freddie. He was one of my first mentors back in 92. I always thought it was endearing how he introduced me to people as "his little sister"....and as I got older.. "his kid sister". The world is very different now, especially without Fred. I am sure Fred is watching all of us and when things get brighter, he'll laugh that incredible laugh with us. His family is in my prayers.

America Cries
We see your sorrow-
and our hearts cry....
We can not erase your pain
but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-
-the American people-
are beside you.
We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,
the strength that gives you courage,
and the words to lighten your spirits.
And when we are left speechless
may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts
to ease your sorrow.
May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-
-the American people-
face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn

I was the head of Personnel at Nippon Credit Bank when Fred worked there. Please accept my sincerest condolences. I didn't know how to contact you, but was thankful for this medium to at least relay my message and let you know I will hold Fred and his family in my prayers.
