Hi Deborah,
Your name was the first name I saw when I visited the memorial site in manhattan. The spirit lead me to research you. When I first saw your picture, I instantly thought you could be a member of my family. I was in the 8th grade when 9/11 took place and this changed my life forever. 23 years later it´s still Important to say that you did not deserve this. However, continued prayers for strength for your family. You have impacted me even 23 years later. I thank God for you. RIP

In Buffalo, NY's memorial there are small American flags place on a public lawn as a memorial. This morning, my friend and I were on a walk and noticed some flags were not upright. In attempting to upright the flags I accidently broke your flag pole. Although my initial reaction was guilt, I now feel very lucky, as I got to meet you. I bought a new flag and you are now flying right in the summer breeze. Thank you for this opportunity to meet you, I'll never forget you Debbie.

Many years have passed since that horrific day that claimed your life along with many others. What will not pass is our memory of all those we knew. I remember especially your smile, your voice and your willingness to always help when I came to you with a question. Rest in Peace and may God Bless...

Hey Deb,
Its devastating that you died on 9/11. None of the victims in Manhattan that fateful morning deserved to die. I remember being a 4th grader back then and a teacher informed us of the crashes in New York. And time stood still.

I never knew you, but I was able to place a flower next to your name on the 9/ 11 memorial, on a visit from Scotland, on 11 September 2018. You are remembered!

Though I've known you for a short time, I'll never forget when we first met at the Tech Center. We used to have lunch together along with Wanda. You was always friendly, smiling, and very helpful. I'll always remember you, your sweet inspirational E-mails, and your friendly smile. Thank you for your advice and for being a special friend. I hope to see you again in heaven. God bless you always. Love, Kisses, and hugs for you.

America Cries
We see your sorrow-
and our hearts cry....
We can not erase your pain
but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-
-the American people-
are beside you.
We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,
the strength that gives you courage,
and the words to lighten your spirits.
And when we are left speechless
may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts
to ease your sorrow.
May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-
-the American people-
face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn
