Hi,
Not too long ago, I decided to leave a message for someone who had the same name as you. She died in the 2017 Las Vegas Strip tragedy. You two would surely be friends in the afterlife!
Best,
Alex

Susan,
Its so sad youre not here with us because of the heinous events of 9/11.
But I am a bit surprised you were a fan of the NY Giants! I saw them win two Super Bowls after Sept. 11th thanks to coach Tom Coughlin. You would have enjoyed that and Strahan going out on top.

Susan, my wife and I visited the 9/11 Memorial for the first time Thanksgiving weekend. I had a feeling of overwhelming sadness after seeing the reflecting pools. I think about you every 9/11 anniversary, and I just want you to know that I haven't forgotten. The Survivor Tree brought me a feeling of tranquility that I hope you have now. Rest well.

Hey Girl! I am thinking about today as I do everyday! I just cant believe it has been 14 years since I lost my BEST FRIEND in the world! I miss you so much and I can only pray you hear me when I talk out loud to you. How's my mom doing up there in paradise? Are you and her behaving?? Hehe, not a chance!! How can a person describe the feeling they have when the 2 most important women in their live have been taken way to soon? I love and miss you so much g/f. Your godson is now a journalist and has written 2 eBooks and is currently working on his 3rd, and Patrick will be going into pre med school next year. He has two majors, he is going to be a Bio Medical Tech, and a heart doctor! Can you believe my peanut is all grown up? He has a gorgeous g/f of 3 years and I see wedding bells in the future! She is going to be an ear doctor!! I'm sure you have run into Dennis up there by now, he also had an untimely death, he died on his 56 birthday last year, Oct 14. Weird huh? On a happy note, I have remarried. Can you believe that? Me? Lol! His name is Steve and hes a really a fantastic man and a great step dad to the boys. They absolutely love and respect him! Im still living in no mans land in Wisconsin, lol, but I would never ever live in NY again. Yeah, Im a bonefied country girl now, cows, chickens etc, Hahaha! Well, I have to go, Im going to call your dad now. I love you girlfriend! Behave yourself! Tracy (Formally from Staten Island, NY)

Hi g/f! I hope you are resting well, but having a ball with my mother! I just know you two and creating havoc in heaven!! Sue, I have so much to catch you up on, one really exciting thing is something I have already told you in one of our daily talks, but I wanted to bring you up to date on a few things. I talked to popps yesterday for a long time and he is doing ok, but misses you dearly! Chris moved back home to Staten Island and lives with his dad and has a very good job! Patrick is now pre med and wants to become a heart surgeon, can you believe that? My little peanut, a surgeon?? I told him the day he graduates with a medical degree, I will buy him a gold step stool to stand on while performing surgery since he seems to forgotten to finish growing lol! My dad is coming to visit next week and you would be so proud of how independent he has become since mom died. Steve got a huge promotion at work, and I will be volunteering at a youth center/thrift store. The grand opening is Oct.4th. I cant wait to get my feet wet again volunteering. This place is 2 minutes from my house and I am going to love it there. I have meet the other volunteers and they a truly fantastic people including the young kids! Well I wont keep you any longer as im sure you an your mom and mine have plans! Lol! I miss you so much everyday of my life and will never forget the hilarious times we had together! RIP Sue!

I remember how happy you were when I found you a job at Aon in the South Tower of the World Trade Center while working as a Recruiter Specialist.
My company hosted a party in June 2001 at Moran's, just south of the trade center complex, and invited Aon's CSBU employees.
I had a chance to meet you and others, I remember you were very excited to have made the move downtown to a great company.
Nancie, the Recruiter who placed you at Aon, had the Tiger Beanie Baby you gave her at the party placed on top of her computer screen until right after 9|11, just looking at it brought down tears.
Now 10 years later, I will watch the 9|11 Ceremony, as I do every year, and remember you, the great person & life that you are, and when your name is read I still feel a certain sorrow that's unexplainable.
I will be going down to 9|11 Memorial soon to pay my respects to you and others at the South Tower waterfall.
I know you are in a better place now and hope & pray you are at peace,
Rob

Hey girl, yup its me, your right arm Tracy. Omg I have so much to tell you. Chris is graduating college this year and has changed his major from journalism to translator. He now speaks fluent Spanish and has been promoted on his job to Law Enforcement. He works directly with the police catching shoplifters at his job and he is the translator for the company. Patrick (my little turd) LOL, is doing just as well. he is a junior is H.S. and wants to be a cancer research doctor. He has a BEAUTIFUL girlfriend named Gracie, I just adore her, and omg are they a cute couple.
Mom and Dad are doing well in Florida and guess what. I have plans to move there in 2 years when Patrick goes off to college. I talked to Pops last night for about a half hour, he's ok, but I know your watching over him. I never sleep well the night before, I tossed and turned all night because I always dread this day so much. I miss you so much Sue, its killing me inside that I cant talk to you anymore but I see you everyday. The tribute that Patrick and I made to you is right above my computer so Im looking right into your eyes right now and I feel you so much in between the tears as I'm writing this. I love you Sue with all my being! Please tell Jesus for me that I need Him!!!

Happy Birthday! Wow girl, your catching up to me!! Omg I have so much to tell you but I know you already know because none of this could have ever happened if you didn't somehow have your hand in it! Patrick represented you in an essay he wrote for a nation wide contest about why he should be chosen to lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknowns during a trip to Washington DC and guess what. Yup, he won! Omg it was awesome! I called Pops and Dottie and sent them a video copy of the TV news interview. How exciting is that? You would have been so proud of him! Oh, what am I saying, you saw the whole thing. Patrick said he could feel you there!! I asked you to take care of him during the week long trip and you sure did! He came home safe and full of stories! Chris is graduating colledge next month and all I can say is O.M.G.!!! Where are the years going? I talked to Dotties baby on the phone the other day, shes a spitfire of you! Yak Yak Yak, hehehe, just like her Aunt Susan! Well you have a Happy Birthday and give mom a big hug for me. Susan,
I didn't deliberately watch the televised memorial on this sixth anniversary. Yet while it was on I stopped what I was doing and was compelled to listen for your name to be called.
You knew you weren't just a person I worked with but rather a truly dear friend. All our lives are richer for having known you and we miss you terribly. To this day your memory brings laughter to our lives and the pain of missing you to our hearts.
As for "Tigger" and I, you'll always be Our Bo.
With love and prayers to your family on this day and always,

Hey Sue,
Of course on this sixth anniversary, you were the first thing I thought of when I woke up. No, it does NOT get easier! I miss you more than ever. It took me six years, but Patrick and I finally finished the memorial we started in the basement. It takes up 3 full walls! Sue? You would have adored this kid, OMG, he is just so adorable. Even as a 14 year old, his heart is a big as the world when it comes to you and anything regarding 9/11. Anyway, I love you more than ever, and I miss you six times harder! Sleep peacefully girlfriend.

I worked with Sue for a few years. She was a character to say the least. I was deeply saddened when I had heard that Sue had passed. It was months later that a friend of mind and one of Sue's co-workers confirmed that Sue sat directly in front of her. Small world. I think of Sue every time Disney releases a new animated film. Sue Loved Disney cartoons and advised me that she collected them. She made it her mission to make sure that I view any Disney film that I had not seen. Even though she is needed here with us, She is in a better place.

I know this is a day late, but Pops knows why. I called him on Saturday crying and I told him I was having a real hard time this year missing you on your birthday. I cant tell you how much I still miss you, my heart hurts so much Sue, you were my other hand and its so hard to go through life with half missing. I think about you every minute of everyday, and I always will. Happy Birthday Sue!! I love you with all my heart.

Wow...I went to St.Charles with Susan. She was a year older than me and we had a mutual friend named Ann A. I would take the "long" way home because we all walked together and joked around and had fun. What I remember back then from the few interactions I had with them was that there was such a sense of closeness and love in her family. Ironically, I started working in Pathmark in my H.S. years and lo and behold, there was Susan, not quite as quiet as she was in St. Charles!! She exhibited such a sense of confidence and she LOVED to be sarcastic and joke around. I know she's with Jesus right now. WE are the one's suffering because of her loss. I pray for you, her family and I'm so sorry for your loss.

I met Susan about 9 or 10 years ago when my husband (Billy) introduced me to her at his job (Church Pension). They had fun teasing each other all the time and worked together for many years. Sue was a very friendly and outgoing person. I used to see her at the company Christmas party every year. We were truley saddened to hear of her passing.. May God bless her family and know that she made a difference in the lives of many. She had a great personality, we will never forget. God Bless.

I remember meeting Susan Bochino about 11 years ago when I was going out with her cousin Nick. I remember meeting her in Manhattan one day when I was going with her and Nick to a Genesis Concert. She was always so nice and so sweet to me. When we met Nick at his office that day I remember her telling him that her and I had "BONDED". I am so sad to learn of her passing. She was a wonderful girl with a fun and sweet disposition. My heartfelt sympathy to her family. Rest in peace, Susan. Sleep with the angels.

TO THE FAMILY OF DEAR SUSAN
I MEET SUE ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO AT A LOCAL RESTAURANT WHERE I WAS CONDUCTING A MONTHLY EVENT. SHE ATTENTED THESE EVENTS REGULARLY AND WE BECAME FRIENDLY AS IT WASN'T HARD TO DO WITH SOMEONE LIKE SUE. SHE ALWAYS CAME IN WITH A GROUP OF FRIENDS AND DREW THE ATTENION OF EVERYONE IN THE ROOM. IT WASN'T HARD TO MISS THAT SMILING FACE AND THOSE "PEARLY WHITES" SHE SO PROUDLY AND LOVINGLY DISPLAYED WITH EVERY ENTRANCE. WE TALKED MANY TIMES ABOUT HER HOPES AND DREAMS AND HOW CHANGE WAS NEED TO ACHIEVE ALL THAT WAS IMPORTANT TO HER. SHE WOULD GREET ME WITH A "BIG HELLO A WARM HUG AND THOSE TWINKLING EYES" THAT MADE YOU KNOW JUST HOW SPECIAL YOU WERE TO HER. THE LAST TIME I SAW SUE WAS AUGUST 12 THAT YEAR AND WE TALKED ABOUT HER NEW JOB AND HOW HAPPY SHE WAS WITH IT. I TOLD HER HOW GREAT SHE LOOKED AND SHE TOLD ME SHE LOST A FEW STUBBORN POUNDS AND HAD A FEW HIGHLIGHTS PUT IN HER HAIR AND SHE FELT LIKE A MILLION BUCKS. SHE WAS GLAD TO SEE ME THAT NIGHT AND I WAS GLAD TO SEE HER. WE CHATTED A LITTLE WHILE LONGER AND SHE LEFT WITH A HUG A KISS AND THOSE PEARLY WHITES ALL A GLOW. AS SHE WALKED AWAY I COULDN'T GET OVER HOW GREAT SHE LOOKED AND FELT AND HOW HAPPY I WAS FOR HER AND LOOKED FORWARDING IN SEE HER AGAIN AT THE NEXT EVENT. THE NEXT TIME I SAW SUE WAS IN THE PICTORAL IN THE STATEN ISLAND ADVANCE IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS AFTER SEPT 11TH.UP TO THAT POINT I WAS SO GLAD NOT TO HAVE KNOWN ANYONE PERSONALLY.THE NEXT THOUGHT THAT CAME TO MIND WAS OVERWHELMING GRIEF AND THEN IMMEDIATELY AFTER I "FELT" THAT WARM HUG,THAT KISS ON MY CHEEK AND LOOKING AT THOSE "PEARLY WHITES" AND I KNEW SHE WAS IN THE ARMS OF HER CREATOR! I THINK OF HER WHEN I AM AT ONE OF MY EVENTS THAT SHE LOVED TO ATTEND AND ALL THOUGH I SOMETIMES FIND MYSELF WAITING FOR HER TO COME THROUGH THE DOOR,I CAN FEEL HER RADIANT SPIRIT IN THE ROOM AND I SMILE AND SAY HELLO TO AN OLD AND NEVER TO BE FORGOTTEN FRIEND "SUE". SO I REMEMBER HER THIS DAY WITH A WARM BUT HEAVY HEART AND I SEND MY LOVE AND APPRECIATION TO YOU HER DAD FOR BRINGING HER TO THIS EARTH AND TO THE REST OF HER FAMILY I SEND THANKS FOR MAKING HER BREIF TIME ONE OF LOVE AND HAPPINESS. WHAT A WONDERFUL SOUL. UNTIL THE NEXT TIME "SUE"

I just wanted Elmer and his daughter, Dot, to know I was thinking about them and Susan today.
Elmer and his wife, Dottie, were at every party that I've attended at the Casey's house (Elmer's best friend) for the last 30 years and there are no nicer people anywhere.
So sorry for your loss.

I met Sue through my sister Pam Miltner. We spent the day shopping and though a total stranger, Sue instantly became a new friend. I only spent one day with her, but it was like we had known each other for a lifetime. I'll never forget her smiling face and her great personallity. She brought fun and goodtimes to my life in a time of despair. I'll never forget her. Thanks for being my friend.

In memory of Susan Bochino
We did not know Susan, but my husband is a brother of Cam Sutton who works for Aon. I came across this on the internet and wanted to express our deepest sympathy. I have thought of all the lives lost that day and especially of the ones from my brother-in-laws office and it still hurts deeply. Our deepest deepest sympathy to the family.

Sue,
Boy, I sure do miss you. You came into my life when I desperately needed a friend , when my mother was dying. And this bond brought us together like sisters. I hope you were wearing our sisters angel pendant on Sept. 11, all my sisters wear theirs and remember what a terrifice person you were and how you changed all our lives. We all love you dearly just as much today as the first time you touched us. I say a prayer that you and our mothers are watching over us as my guardian angel. Your memory lives on in my heart where you have made permanent footprints forever. I missed you at Race for the Cure and I will be making my first trip to NY this weekend since you left us. I love you so much Sue and I can only hope to continue your love for helping others. Dear God please take care of my Susie-Q!

Everyday we think of you and remember your smile, the sound of your voice and the way you touched our lives, I will never forget your laugh and the way we 'd sing songs around the table at Christmas until early in the morning. While you left us far to soon your impact on our lives will forever endure. Happy Birthday.

Sue, or my Susie Q as I use to call her was one of my dearest friends. I miss her so very much. Sue was one of a kind. She was always giving and thinking of others. She was a true blue friend to me. She was always there for me. I feel like I have a void in my heart. I have a braclet with her name on it that I wear daily. She is never out of my thoughts. I pray that she is at peace and happy in heaven, cause I know that's where she is with her loved ones. I miss her terribly. One day we will be reunited, until then my dear Sue, Godspeed, rest in peace and thank you for being such a beautiful person and the best friend anyone could ever ask for.
I will love you always,
Michele

Dear, dear Susan,
I was with heavy heart the day I heard you had joined the Angels in Heaven.
Susan & I worked together in New York City. Sue was a good worker and a fantastic person. Everyone in the department truely liked Sue. We all had many happy times and lots of laughs always.
Who would have known that you and Selma's husband would arrive at the 'gate' together to meet Selma & her son who were waiting with open arms, I am sure.
I will think of you foldly & always remember you in my proyers. God Bless You, and your famliy, all of those who left us on that most tragic day, and GOD BLESS AMERICA.

I only met Sue once, about this time
last year. She seemed like fun-loving, happy person. She was a
good friend of my sister's, Pam Miltner, who I know misses her terribly. May she be a guardian angel to all those who loved her.

We are very sorry for your loss of Susan. May her enthusiasm for Star Trek, her life and love continue living in those who love her. Our hearts cry with you.
America Cries
We see your sorrow-
and our hearts cry....
We can not erase your pain
but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-
-the American people-
are beside you.
We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,
the strength that gives you courage,
and the words to lighten your spirits.
And when we are left speechless
may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts
to ease your sorrow.
May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-
-the American people-
face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn

I didn't really "know" Sue. I live across the street on Tysens Lane. We used to talk on the bus stop while waiting to go to work. I will always remember this sweet, kind person and also the way she always smiled & fussed about my dog - little things like that. My thoughts and prayers are with her family & friends.
