When I visited the 9/11 memorial in New York of the summer in 2016 I met your wife standing against a tree looking at your name. I may not not you, but after I left New York that summer your name stayed with me in memory. Know that I'll continue to pray to you and your family.

I ask myself this question every day- Why did God take from us such an amazing guy like John.
I met you at Caren's house during our Sunday morning breakfast. You were kind and full of heart. You always knew what to say to make someone feel better. I didin't know you for a long time but the memories are great. Don't ever forget that day your son threw Angela into the green pool. Or all those times we made fun of Joe. May your soul rest in peace. God Bless you. And remember, you will never be forgotten.

AT SCHOOL OUR SEWING TEACHER PASSED AROUND PATCHES THAT SHE HAD MADE FOR EVERYONE TO WEAR.EACH PATCH REPRESENTED ONE LIFE LOST. SHE AND HER STUDENTS MADE ONE FOR EACH PERSON WHO HAD DIED IN THE NINE -ELEVEN ATTACKS. ON THE BACK OF THEM IT HAD A PERSONS NAME. I GOT JOHN RIZZO. MAY YOU REST IN PEACE BECAUSE NOW IT IS IN GODS HAND AND HE WILL TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING. OUR HEARTS GO OUT TO THE FAMILYS AND FRIENDS WHO HAVE LOST SOMEONE IN THESE TERRIABLE ATTACKS AGAINST AMERICA.

As we go through life we meet many people and some of them we call our friends. But it is truly a rare occasion when we know some one who is truly a BEST friend. John Rizzo was such a person. God Bless.

America Cries
We see your sorrow-
and our hearts cry....
We can not erase your pain
but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-
-the American people-
are beside you.
We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,
the strength that gives you courage,
and the words to lighten your spirits.
And when we are left speechless
may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts
to ease your sorrow.
May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-
-the American people-
face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn

I lost my brother, Ward and wanted to express my condolences to John's family. I was curious as to what his role was that day. Was he working? I know it is not comforting but I knew several people who died, and John is in good company. I will pray for him and his family.
God Bless...
