I heard your name during today’s reading of the names and I was drawn to look you up. I hope you rest in peace, and that your family knows they are not mourning alone.

It is clear you had a big impact on those who were around you. I don’t know you personally, but tonight I pray for you and your loved ones. I know they hold you in their heart dearly and you watch over them like a guardian Angel. God bless you Katsuyuki.

Dear Katsuyuki,
My son and I attended a SF Giants game today as everyone in attendance held a flag with the name of someone who passed on during the 9/11 events.
We took our flag with your name home and did an online search to learn more about you. I realized that you and I are almost the same age, and when I think of the last ten years, I felt a pain knowing the loss your family has felt since that day.
Know that you and your what your life was meant to be has not been forgotten.

Katsuyuki's wife -- now widow -- was and is a beautiful and wonderful person, who cherished Katsuyuki, and missed him greatly. May Ayako remember the special times they shared together, and may she go on with life and find much happiness. She deserves all the best.

As I cross-stitched your name on the memorial that I am doing for all of the victims, I prayed for you and your family. Please know that your death was not in vain. We will always remember. God Bless.

Hirai-san was my former boss at Chuo Mitsui Trust and Banking on the 83rd Floor of 2 World Trade Center. A good man and a hard worker. He had a limited English vocabulary but worked very hard at getting his point across.
God bless you.

America Cries
We see your sorrow-
and our hearts cry....
We can not erase your pain
but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-
-the American people-
are beside you.
We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,
the strength that gives you courage,
and the words to lighten your spirits.
And when we are left speechless
may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts
to ease your sorrow.
May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-
-the American people-
face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn

I should be out shopping for the holidays however this year I would like to skip Christmas. What happened on 911 is still too sad to forget. I hope it helps to know that others have you in their thoughts and prayers.
