Our deep sympathy we send to your family. Passing of time doesn't end the pain of losing someone close to us but may the precious memories help us cope. Loretta is still very sadly missed.

My cousin !Loretta tried to feed me a mud pie when we were little kids in the Bronx. She lives downstairs from me in a basement apartment with her parents and two sisters. A couple of years later her family relocated to Throbs Neck. We saw each other over the years at family functions and became close friends when she married. We went on vacation with our houses and socialized often. Loretta was godmother to our second daughter.
She was always fun to be with. After her separation we uncorrected apart but I always cherish the person that she was and grieved for her when the attack occured.
God bless you and pray for us as we pray for your soul.
We still love and miss you, your cousin, Joe

Loretta, Today after 20 years of your passing, I was able to make myself listen to your name being read among the World Trade towers death list. I finally was able to accept that you are really gone. You looked so very beautiful in the picture they showed of you. You come to mind often and my prayer always is that you are at peace! May your family have found solace in the memories of happier days.

I worked with Loretta at Home Line Cruises. A quiet, reserved person with a great sense of humor. Dear lady, I send you and your loved ones my blessings. One day we will meet in Heaven and will catch up on old times.

I worked with Loretta for 2 years at American Express for Marsh McLennan. She was a true professional, with so many loyal customers and friends- just wanted to say I pray for her family and loved ones, and I miss her.

I never met Loretta. We spoke on the phone frequently when I worked for J&H, and kept in touch by phone after I left J&H. The last time Loretta and I spoke was in August, when I called to thank her for the birthday card she sent to me. During that conversation, we talked and laughed about retirement, and how we couldn't wait for it, and even joked about wishing away years of our lives -- who could have known.
Loretta was a warm, caring, funny person with a wry sense of humor and irony. I enjoyed our conversations tremendously and will miss her and our friendship terribly. While we never physically met, the picture I have in my mind of Loretta is that of an angel. I am so sorry she's gone, and think of her often. Rest peacefully my dear friend.

Loretta and I knew each other when I worked for Johnson & Higgins. I would always call Loretta when I needed to make travel reservations for my boss. She was always so pleasant and helpful. I'm so sorry that she is no longer with us.

We are deeply sorry for your loss.
America Cries
We see your sorrow-
and our hearts cry....
We can not erase your pain
but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-
-the American people-
are beside you.
We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,
the strength that gives you courage,
and the words to lighten your spirits.
And when we are left speechless
may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts
to ease your sorrow.
May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-
-the American people-
face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn
