Following on from my previous entry - I believe I was drawn to you because you were born only a few days before my mother. RIP Lizette.

I'm just a girl from the UK and someone suggested I choose a name and learn about that person when I visit the memorial. I asked: "how do I pick one out?" and she said: "you'll just know". Lizette, I touched your name. I learned a small part of your story. I sincerely hope your loved ones are well and leading happy lives. My condolences. x

I grew up with Lizettes younger brother charles, I often went to their home, from elementary school until high school. I always remember seeing her happy and always smiling. She was a beautiful person, I've always wondered how the family is doing. God bless you Lizette. My condolences to the entire family, may god bless you all. Miguel Flores

Although we didn't really know each other, we were in the same classes. I couldn't understand why something kept drawing me to our yearbook and when I finally dug it up, I found that you had signed it. I couldn't get past the words you wrote to me "Good luck in the future".

Good luck to your family and God bless you all.

Today is 9/10/02 & everyone is thinking about tomorrow &last year. No amount of news coverage will ever make sense of what happened or give the full extent of loss suffered. There are so many stories that take my breath away and make me understand a little of how brave you were. I am so sorry that the lives of your family members have had to endure the last year. I think perhaps they are even more brave. I pray for their future to have some hope and joy. I pray that God has comforted them & will contine to be with them everyday of their lives.

Dear Lissy's family: Although I was never able to meet you personally, but I thought of her for years and always will. She was one of my closest friends in High School, we lost touch and I always thought I would find her one day. I was very sad to find her this way. May Jehovah God give you peace and guide your family, I will always think of you. Millie

Today I received a bracelet with your name on it Lizette. It's from the Billy Graham association. It will be an honor to pray for your family. I understand from reading this website that you have 2 boys and you were only 33. I am 36 & have a 17 month old. I can not imagine leaving him behind and I PROMISE to pray for your children. That God's love will allow them a bright future and a life that is a testimony to strength through tragedy. I am so sorry for the evil that changed their lives and took their mother from them. Although I never met you, from one mother to another I care for you and your precious boys. May God be blessing you right now and giving them hope and comfort.

America Cries

We see your sorrow-

and our hearts cry....

We can not erase your pain

but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-

-the American people-

are beside you.

We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,

the strength that gives you courage,

and the words to lighten your spirits.

And when we are left speechless

may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts

to ease your sorrow.

May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-

-the American people-

face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn
