I visited St Francis Assisi Catholic Church at Lake Tahoe Nevada where they passed out hearts with names of 911 victims. They asked us to pray for the name on the heart and their families and loved ones. Patrick was the name I was given. I'm sure he is resting in the warmth of God's embrace and the light of his face. I pray for your peace.

Pat (Trish),
Not a day goes by that I don't think of you and the laughs we shared in High School and after. Playing "Hide the Belt" and the "Yell,Yell,Yells". Watching you and Timmy and George play street hockey, you were a "gentle man" and a wonderful friend. I miss seeing you at your Mom's cutting the grass. It's been almost 8 years, know that you and Sheila and the kids along with Tim and Mom are in my thoughts and prayers, always.

Pat,
You were my brother highlight at work. His name was Scott Timmes. He passed away with you. I wish your family my sympathy as I know what it feels like. This day is always hard and like I mentioned in my brothers page it gets harder not easier as years go by.

I remember working with Pat in Westubry with him and his Brother Tim, what laughs and good times we had - it feels like only a short time ago. I am so very sorry that he is gone, however his life lives in all of us that had the pleasure of knowing, talking, walking or just being touched by his life and laughter. My love to the family and friends that knew Pat - God bless you all.

As I cross-stitched your name on the memorial that I am doing for all of the victims, I prayed for you and your family. Please know that your death was not in vain. We will always remember. God Bless.

Pat was my friend and co-worker at Dean Witter Reynolds, for many years. There is hardly a day goes by that I do not think of Pat and our associate Jim Paul. Their contributions and love of the futures industry were exceeded only by their love and devotion to their wives and children. God bless.

Pat,
Almost five years have gone by. Your family and you are always in our thoughts and prayers. The other night, I dug out and played some old Marx Brothers videos, and I guess now I know why.

Pat was one of the nicest and funniest men I ever knew. I worked in the Membership Department of the NYBOT in 4 WTC. I would always see him on Fridays while collecting money from the brokers and staff for dress down day for a Children's Foundation. He always made us laugh. I will deeply miss Pat and wish him peace and to the other members of our Exchange who also passed away as well as the other thousands of innocent victims of 9/11.

On the one year anniversary of 9/11, as I was watching TV listening to the victims names being announced, I froze like an ice cube when I heard the name Patrick J. O'Shea. That is my dad's name. I am greatful that my dad is still alive. I quickly called my dad and asked him if he knew that there was another person with his name from Farmingdale.
As I was watching and listening to the TV I got so emotional because all I could think about was the family of Mr. O'Shea. I do not even know Patrick O'Shea, yet he lived a town over from my family. It just feels as though I should know him or something. I'd like to send my deepest sympathy to the family of Patrick and let them know that my thoughts are with them everyday.
May God Bless You Today And Always!

God Bless Pat's family as we near
September 11, 2002. I worked with
Pat at Dean Witter and we became friends. He was a kind friend whom
I've thought of often this past year. I'll always remember the golf
outings we played in together with
Bob P. They were good times with good people....Miss ya Pat...

The name Patrick J. O'Shea will forever be in my memory as I remember 9/11. I will be singing the Requiem tribute on the 1st anniversary. I chose the name Patrick J. O'Shea to sing in memory of from a list given to the Whittier Chorale Bel Canto. Patrick's name jumped out at me,I guess, as one Irishman to another. I pray that the angels made his journey swift and sure. Et nomine patrie...

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back,
the sun shine warm upon your face,
the rain fall soft upon your fields, and until we meet again may God hold you in the hollow of His hand.
Peace to your family and friends my dear Patrick. Keep those Irish eyes a'smiling.

I'll always remember Pat taking me to the NYFE pits on my visits to NY while we were both at Dean Witter. I thought about Pat on St. Patricks Day. Every time I saw him, he always had a shamrock on his coat. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

America Cries
We see your sorrow-
and our hearts cry....
We can not erase your pain
but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-
-the American people-
are beside you.
We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,
the strength that gives you courage,
and the words to lighten your spirits.
And when we are left speechless
may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts
to ease your sorrow.
May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-
-the American people-
face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn
