Even though it's been 17 years, Hyun-joon (Paul) will never be forgotten. My continued sympathy to his wife, Jinny. Our loved ones may leave the world but never our hearts.

Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

As I cross-stitched your name on the memorial that I am doing for all of the victims, I prayed for you and your family. Please know that your death was not in vain. We will always remember. God Bless.

I do not know you but I hope you are holding onto that faith which promised strength in everything you do. May God Himself comfort you in your heart.

We are deeply sorry for your loss of Paul. Our hearts cry with you.

America Cries

We see your sorrow-

and our hearts cry....

We can not erase your pain

but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-

-the American people-

are beside you.

We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,

the strength that gives you courage,

and the words to lighten your spirits.

And when we are left speechless

may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts

to ease your sorrow.

May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-

-the American people-

face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn

He was my husband and I love him with all my heart. We just got married and we couldn't go to honeymoon because I had to go school. But we were planning to go honeymoon in this Christmas. He was kind and gentle. He loved to sing gospel and he always carried the bible with him. He played guitar very well and he played a guitar when he proposed in the park. I live with his love and I thank God for giving me a such loving person, even though it was very short time. He will always remain in my heart.
