Bobby & I graduated from Good Shepherd class of 1968. He was a handsome young lad, fun loving, and I'll never forget the day in third grade when he fainted watching the "childbirth film"..He was a good sport and laughed with the rest of us! A true Inwood giant of a man.

Thank you to the family for the money you me gave for school. It went to my first sem. of books and the other half will too. I am very sorry for the lost. When I watched TV on Sept. 11, 2002 and saw names I cried so hard. Although I never got a chance to see his due to my classes I knew he would be there with the rest of the people who past away. I never knew him but I am sure he helped many people. God Bless you.

I met Rock at my brother-in-law's wedding rehearsal dinner. I'll never forget his unending smile and his hairdo that his Inwood friends did not let go unoticed that night.

A great group of people in that wedding party- that won't be the same without Rock around. Rock, I hardly knew you, but I miss you more than you'd imagine.

I went to school with Bobby many moons ago. I have not thought about him for these many years until I saw his name listed amongst the fallen. Upon seeing his name, a warm remembrance came over me. Even at a young age Bobby was one of the most personable, likeable kids in class. Always prepared, impeccably dressed, and ramrod straight posture. Bobby and I were not close, but I recongized even then, and apparently it stuck with me all this time, what a good person this was. Wish I had stayed in touch. From the notes posted here, clearly he was a class act to the end. Warmest condolences to his friends & family.

I still can't believe Bobby's gone. My family has known him since we moved to our beach house in Ocean Beach, NJ in August of 1979. He was a great guy from a good family and he will be missed by my family for all eternity. Rest in peace Bobby and please tell my dad we miss him!

America Cries

We see your sorrow-

and our hearts cry....

We can not erase your pain

but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-

-the American people-

are beside you.

We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,

the strength that gives you courage,

and the words to lighten your spirits.

And when we are left speechless

may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts

to ease your sorrow.

May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-

-the American people-

face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn
