H. W. Travis,
Thank you for your kind words. I know that you are correct in your assessment that Carol was helping others on that frightful day. I'm sure she was.
Sincerely,

Carol was Head Secretary in the creative department when I worked at Doyle Dane Bernbach (later DDB Needham). My guess is that she helped everyone around her on that frightful day. God bless you, Carol.

I met Carol through her sister, Jeanne, and could see the bright light of God's love in Carol's eyes; sense her loving spirit and hear the intelligence behind her words. Carol has surely flown to heaven and rests in God's loving peace. A soul too soon taken from us. May we never forget that God's love is the answer for this troubled world. Thank you Carol for shining your light so that others may see the way.

America Cries
We see your sorrow-
and our hearts cry....
We can not erase your pain
but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-
-the American people-
are beside you.
We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,
the strength that gives you courage,
and the words to lighten your spirits.
And when we are left speechless
may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts
to ease your sorrow.
May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-
-the American people-
face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn
