Our hearts break for sweet Wilder and his family! Nothing hurts more or changes you more than having to say goodbye to your precious 2 year old child! May your precious memories of this sweet soul and the times you were able to love him and hold him bring you sweet memories!! God bless and keep you all!! Love you, Brad and Karen.

Oh Wilder you sweet precious baby boy. Your GiGi loved you so much. Her sharing things about you with us made us love you too. Walk with Jesus baby, til we all meet again. I pray for comfort for your Mommy and Daddy and your whole family.

I am so sorry for your loss. My heart breaks for you. I pray God will comfort you in your time of sorrow.

Many prayers and lots of love to the family of this sweet baby. Wilder brought so much happiness to everyone around him. He is so loved.

God stay with Wilder and his family. In my beliefs, I find some solace. There is only a thin veil that separates us from our loved ones who are gone. They are with us always, we can almost feel them. When you feel his presence, know that it is he who is there embracing you, comforting you, loving you, waiting for the moment when you could meet again. Pray. Cry. Love. Feel. Allow yourself to feel everything. Pray to God whenever you need and even when you do not need it. And when you do not...

I'm so sorry and sad for you. We will continue to pray daily for you all. May God wrap His loving arms around you and never let you go.

Jason's Obituaries

The light of the world has greatly been dimmed – while heaven is beaming with unspeakable brightness.

Upon the arrival of Prince Wilder, the heavens loved him but let him be wild and free. Wilder was the gleam of his parents’ eyes, along with every person who ever met that smiling face. From the delivery room on February 25, 2016 until October 11, 2018, Wilder’s touch made everyone’s life seem like an answer to unspoken prayers. Many touched can attest.

Wilder loved anything involving P. J. Masks (Catboy!) or Paw Patrol. He loved going on adventures with his Mom, especially seeing the Robots at the science museum. ‘ Fat Gurl Barkleigh’ was his fur sister and faithful partner in crime. Last, but surely not least, “Wild Butt” loved dressing as Superman, whose sweet face brought his fighter Daddy to his knees.

Wilder may have left early, but will be followed in time by his loving mother, Amber Odom and his father Bubba McDaniel. Also following will be his siblings, Bryan McDaniel and Emma McDaniel; his maternal grandparents Dina and David Taylor; paternal grandparents, Karen and Scott Burke, Bob and Diane McDaniel. Numerous aunts, uncles and cousins are also in tote.

The family will receive friends Monday, October 15, 2018 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Owens and Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at First Baptist Church of Wichita Falls with Dr. Bob McCartney officiating. Graveside services and interment will immediately follow at Bowman Cemetery. A ‘Bike’ escort is encouraged.

All arrangements are under the direction of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
